Shipping company varies depending on which size doll you have chosen, but typically your new sex doll is shipped either FedEx or UPS.

Any order over $100 will require a direct signature to successfully confirm the delivery of your package.
Once the package has been transferred to the courier the risk of loss and title is transferred to you, the buyer of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and if this has occurred, you should contact the courier directly with any delivery inquiries.
Each doll is customized and carefully created specifically for you upon order. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for careful creation & assembly of your new doll companion, and another 3-10 days for shipping. Your order is, however, completed as fast as humanly possible, and we hope to have your new doll arrive for your introduction sooner than expected!
Each doll is thoroughly examined for quality before shipping, and it is our guarantee that your sex doll shows up in excellent condition. If for some reason it doesn't, we'll fix it! Satisfaction is guaranteed at True Touch Dolls.

If for some reason there appears to be a defect or damage when initially receiving your doll, please immediately email us a detailed description with quality photos showing your quality issue to support@truetouchdolls.com. If your doll is unused, we will cover the return shipping to return your doll and honor a full refund of said product.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products for any other reason other than being damaged or defective upon arrival or if you have received the wrong item. If this situation does occur, your return is void if your product shows any signs whatsoever of previous use - we can not and will not accept any returns of any used items.

We accept payment via Debit or Credit Card (all major cards accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Payment Plan Options available. We offer an easy opportunity to to take advantage of locking in our special promotional and sales prices of your sex doll without having to put 100% down, by offering various monthly payment plan options that allow you to receive your doll immediately and pay using various monthly payment options.

Although buyer's remorse is not something we experience very often with our dolls, we do understand that in rare occurrences, you may wish to cancel your order afterwards.
We allow you to cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing your order. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. Getting your new doll to you as fast as possible is our top priority, so in the event that we have already begun the creation and assembly of your doll, a $150 restocking fee per doll will be assessed and a partial refund will be issued.
All sales are final. Orders that are either non-deliverable, not picked up, or refused upon delivery do not warrant any refunds from True Touch Dolls in any scenario. FedEx or UPS will hold your package for an allotted amount of time (typically 10 days). After this time, packages will either be destroyed or returned to sender, and no refunds, partial or non, will be applied.

For orders outside of the United States and Canada, we are not able to provide any assistance on taxes and duties charged by your country's customs upon reception of the product.
Unfortunately, due to local laws and customs restrictions, we cannot ship our luxury dolls to most Middle-Eastern, Islam-oriented countries, including the UAE. (Israel, excluded). We also cannot ship to most countries located in Africa, along with other specific countries such as India and Indonesia. Please check your local laws and customs regulations to make sure what you're purchasing is legal and will easily be delivered into your country. We are not responsible for packages confiscated at customs; however, we certainly will try to help out the absolute best that we can.
