Very happy with the whole process. I had questions, & my emails were all answered the same day. Most times within the hour. Ordering was very smooth. My doll was shipped from China. And it only took a week for her to literally go halfway around the world. Packaging was very well done. She was wrapped & rewrapped. Arrived in perfect condition right out of the box. And she does look very VERY close to her photos on the site. If the site pics are 10. Expect a 9.5+++. Shes very beautiful. The TPE is amazingly real. I did powder her right out of the box. This helped. Made her smoother to the touch. Anyway. I would definitely ordered from this company again.
